Client Services
The role of the client services team is to give detailed and individualized care to each account and every order. Their involvement with the sales team and the client ensures efficient and timely execution of our projects.
Project Management
Our project management team’s most important task is to work with our clients to continually update goals, expectations and priorities. From the initial site visit to the final punch list, we are with you every step of the way. Oversight to the entire transaction allows us to facilitate and communicate project resources.
Delivery and Installation
Our 90,000 square-foot warehouse allows us to receive and store furniture to accommodate our clients’ timeline. We ensure that our team members are responsible for delivering and installing the clients’ furniture. Our team is skilled, professional and courteous at all times.
Service and Warranty
Our Corrective Actions Department reviews all claims made by clients and shares information with the appropriate manufacturer. We will mediate claims on behalf of the client and we will share with the client manufacturer’s proposed method of resolution, including product replacement. In the event that further mediation is required beyond proposed method of resolution, we pledge to work with the manufacturer until a mutually agreed upon solution is achieved.
