North East Branch Library

The 43,000 square foot library includes furnishings for an expansive children’s center, teen area, touchdown spaces, meeting rooms, conference rooms, training areas, computer labs, maker space, break rooms and lounge areas. Cecil County was seeking to support the community through a cutting-edge early childhood learning center, workforce development and small business growth in the new business commons.
